15 minute grace period on all transfers (excludes airport arrivals).
All passengers on arriving flights are met inside luggage baggage claim or outside customs area with generic sign.
30 minute grace period after flight arrival to collect luggage. After 30 minutes, waiting time charges will apply.
International flights: 60 minute grace period for customs and immigration before waiting time charges apply.
